Refund policy

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:

If inspection confirms that your COBB product is defective in material or workmanship, COBB will provide free replacement parts or exchange the product for a new grill. To claim warranty, please send clear photos of the damage along with the serial number of the product to Happy Dog Inc.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

• The product has been modified, tampered with, altered, or repaired by anyone other than authorized representatives of COBB with Happy Dog Inc.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or natural calamities.
• The product has not been cleaned after each use.

Returns Policy:

Happy Dog Inc is not liable for return costs for customers who order the wrong product or change their mind about a purchase. If the product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in full resalable condition, we can accept a return. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected to confirm it is in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee.
